Elsie Rayon Joins Us – Strengthening Our Vision for Growth & Global Presence

Elsie Rayon is a football executive, communications strategist, and on-air and on-camera talent specializing in sports branding, storytelling, and club growth. She has worked across international football markets with clubs, leagues, and talent throughout the United States and Latin America. She serves as Managing Partner of Atlético Pro FC (MLIS) and LA Wolves (UPSL), where she leads strategy across brand, media, and operations, with a focus on positioning clubs for growth and increased visibility.
Her experience includes leadership roles as Vice President of Operations for NOLA Athletic Soccer Club and Soccer Innovations of America, contributing to club development, event execution, and community engagement. She also previously served as Vice President of Event Productions for NOLA Gold Rugby.
Elsie holds a diploma in Innovation and Technology in Sport from Tigres UANL and Zports (Peru), and is a certified court interpreter with the Louisiana Supreme Court, bringing a strong foundation in communication, structure, and cross-cultural engagement.
In addition to her professional work, Elsie has been actively involved in volunteer leadership roles across soccer and community organizations, supporting development initiatives, event planning, and outreach efforts.
